Before your arrival

  • What is included in the rental price?

The price includes the rent, the rental fees (heating, hot and cold water, electricity), the bed linen and towels (according to your booking terms). It does not include the local tax (from €0.90 to €1.65 per night per person from 18 years old) nor the final cleaning.
 

  • When should I pay that?

If you book more than one month before your arrival, we will ask you to pay a deposit of 30% to confirm the booking. You will have to pay the balance 30 days before your arrival.
If you book your stay less than one month in advance, we will ask you to pay the total amount directly.
 

  • How can I pay my booking?

You can pay with your credit card (except American Express) online thanks to our secured booking system, or by bank transfer.
 

  • What happens if I have to cancel my stay?

For any cancellation, please send us an e-mail or a mail as soon as possible.

  • I do not have ski equipment; how can I do?

You can get a 20% discount with our partner Intersport (3 shops in the resort). To do so, just add this extra service directly on your customer area, by sending us an e-mail or calling us.

 

  • How can I have ski passes?

Forget about the waiting time at the ski pass desks!
You can order your ski passes from your customer area, by e-mail or by phone and we will prepare them for you.
Please do not forget to inform us of the first day of ski, the ski area, the number of days, the age category and if you want the insurance or not.
You will then pick up your ski passes, directly at the agency, with the keys of your apartment.  
Moreover, on some weeks, we will propose you up to 20% off on the adult ski pass from 4 days!
 

  • Can I modify the extra services already ordered?

At any time, and up to 4 days prior arrival, you can add extra services thanks to your customer area, or by contacting us directly by e-mail or by phone. If you want to cancel an extra service, please call us or send us a message. You can cancel extra services until your arrival.
 

  • Are the pets allowed?

Unless otherwise specified in the apartment description, the pets are welcomed in our apartments.
 

  • I would like to come only for a week-end, is that possible?

We propose short stays and week-ends on demand, but only at the last minute (3 weeks prior arrival date).

  • How can I optimize my arrival?

For a stress-free arrival in our mountains, we recommend you to have special equipment for your vehicle (snow chains, wheel socks) and to try to put them on before your departure. We also suggest you to have a flashlight and gloves nearby in case you have to equipped your car during the night.

  • How can I get the keys of my apartment?

To get your keys, please come at Agence Saulire – 100 Chemin des Bleuets in Méribel Mottaret.
We guarantee you that the apartments will be available from 5 pm.
We recommend you to come earlier for the check-in as your apartment may be ready before 5pm.
You will have the keys only after leaving a security deposit.
 

  • What happens if I arrive after your opening hours?

On Saturday, we are opened until 7pm. In case of late arrival, you must absolutely contact the Agency by phone. We will then explain you how to get the keys of your apartment.
 

  • Why should I leave a security deposit?

We ask you a security deposit in case of any damage that you should be responsible of. The amount ranges from €350 to €1000 depending on the apartment. You can leave this security deposit as a pre-authorization on your credit card. Most of the time, it is not debited from your bank account and will be refunded maximum 10 days after your departure.
 

  • Is there a state of repair in the apartment?

In the apartment, you will find furniture, dishes and equipment necessary for the number of people allowed in the apartment. This equipment is checked before your arrival.
However, you will have to check the state of repair of the apartment and inform us about any problem within 24 hours.
We will check the apartment after your departure. In case of damage, the repairing cost of equipment or furniture or the cleaning fees will be taken from your security deposit after sending you a justification. The amount of the security deposit does not limit your responsibility.
 

  • Will I have access to Internet in my apartment?

Some apartments are equipped with a private Wi-Fi access and, in some residences, a common Wi-Fi is available. In those cases, it is written in the apartment’s description.
For the other apartments, we can rent you a Wi-Fi Hot Spot €40/week. This Hot-spot, working with the 4G network, allows you to connect up to 5 devices at the same time, with no limit in terms of data.
 

  • Where can I park my car during my stay?

Next to the residences, you will find free parking places (outside). The only parking which is not free is in the center.
In busy periods, we recommend you to park your car on the first space you find and then use the free buses for the rest of your stay.
There is a covered parking with CCTV in Le Hameau (tickets to buy in the parking).
We also rent covered parking spaces in all the resort. To book one of them, please contact us directly. Be careful, there is a limited amount of these places, do not forget to book it in advance!
 

  • How do I have to check out from the accommodation?

We ask you to leave the apartment before 10 am and bring back the keys at the agency or at the residence reception for the apartments in Plein Soleil.
The cleaning is not included in the rental price, you must clean the apartment entirely: kitchen, floor, bathroom, toilets, etc. Even if you have paid for the final cleaning, we will ask you to clean the dishes, empty the fridge, take out the garbage, undo the beds and tidy up the blankets or duvets to store them into the cupboard.
Please do not forget to lock the apartment’s door and check that you have all the key sets before closing your luggage!
