in addition to enjoying the lifts and bikepark for the whole summer, Meribel also proposes many activites and events for unforgettable mountain holidays!

For successfulL FAMILY HOLIDAYS

 

JULY

 

14th: France's Bastille Day. The fireworks are usually launched from one of the villages surrounding Les Allues. A traditional ball follows the fireworks. Free buses travel from Meribel to Les Allues.

18th: Col de la Loze by Brides-les-Bains. This cycling event gathers everyone who wants to challenge themselves to reach the now-famous Col de la Loze (arrival of the 17th stage of 2020 Tour de France). Cyclists leave from Brides-les-Bains tourist office.

22th: prologue of Tarentaise Cycling Project 

 

AUGUST

 

1st: Fête à Fanfoué. THE ULTIMATE village feast, not to be missed! Entertainment, craftmen etc.

7th: KV de la Petite Saulire. It is a Vertical Kilometer race. Once that is said, you've said it all! 1,000m fo declivity along only 2.5km. one of the hardest KV of the Alps.

8th: the day after the KV, to take part in Meribel Trail. Outstanding panoramas, wild forest, high crests... whatever the distance, a great way to discover the valley (kids have their race too!)

14th: L'Echappee du Col de la Loze. Accompanied by former Tour de France rider Thomas Voeckler, confront to the mythical Col de la Loze through a 15km-ride ride! (1.024m D+). Whether you care about the time or not, you are welcomed to take part (e-bikes are welcomed too!)

15th: Shopkeepers's big sale. Looking for excellent deals on winter and summer outfits and equipements? The Braderie des Commercants is the must-attend event of the year!

From 16th to 20th: Meibel Golf Show.
