"So Pure", the first real-estate program in Meribel-Mottaret in 20 years, will be built in the Laitelet area. Meribel-Mottaret is the real heart of the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world ! With more than 600km of slopes,  85% of which situated over 1.800m, the ski area has become the reference for worldwide skiers. Our ski domain offers an outstanding snow cover, with over 340 well-maintained slopes, and an extensive and wonderful off-tracks area, accessible to everyone. It is indeed easy to go across the 3 Valleys using only easy slopes (green or blue).

Often described as the "Beauty of the 3 Valleys", Meribel has always favoured the respect of tradition when it came to architecture. Very early, the resort has set a thorough architectural charter that banned modern full-concrete buildings to favour wood-and-stone chalet designs. It also required new constructions to remain lower than an adult fir tree to perfectly blend in the valley landscape. « So Pure » persists with this chalet spirit by offering small residences that use wood and stone as main materia whilst treating them with modernity.


 

THE PROGRAM


Made of 3 chalets and 3 human-size residence, "So Pure" will host 26 apartments, from 1- to 4-bedroom, with breath-taking views of the mountain.
Made of wood and stone, the residence will perfectly blend in its environment, a resort whose fame notably relies on its amazing ski area as well as the quality of its architecture.
The program should be delivered in December 2021.
The developer, Aquipierre, has realised around 25 programs all over France. It has always considered listening to the clients and developing apartments to their needs as a key point.
 

A CONVENIENT LOCATION


Situated in the upper part of Laitelet, very close to Le Hameau, "So Pure" will offer a quick access to the slopes and shops, to ease your life at all times. The teleporte des chalets lift, which links Le Hameau and Mottaret centre will be really close too. And the bus stop to Meribel is located 50m away!
You can thus park your car in the garage and leave it there for the whole week!



 

THE COMFORT OF MODERNITY

We do not live in mountains like we did 20 years ago. "So Pure" thus offers equipments that are both convenient and comfortable to its hosts.
A covered parking space will be reserved for each apartment (with the possibility to add a charging station for electric cars) and the access to the apartment is direct with the lift. The upper exit allows you to reach the slopes and shops in no time. A priviledge for skiers, who will also appreciate the skiboot heaters in the ski lockers!
The spacious apartment will be built under French norm RT2012, which ensures a better insulation and thus more savings for everyone.
