The resort was created in 1990 in anticipation of the Albertville Olympic Games. La Tania was designed in harmony with the surrounding nature, and much of the spruce forest has been preserved.
The buildings were constructed in a traditional wooden architectural style, blending perfectly with the Alpine aesthetic and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Jacques Labro, a leading architect of the time, was particularly responsible for this work.
