ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Arrival : Apartments are available from 5:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier, feel free to stop by the agency to check in, drop off your luggage or get some practical advice. We will contact you as soon as your apartment is ready.
Departure : The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Please drop off all keys in the “DEPARTURE” box located in front of the agency entrance.
Do not leave any keys in the apartment.
Failure to return the keys will be charged €50.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL IN THE APARTMENT:
CHECK-IN INVENTORY AND INSPECTION :
Due to the high number of simultaneous arrivals and departures, it is difficult for the agency to carry out the check-in inspection in the presence of the tenant.
An inspection was carried out before your arrival and will be done again before the next check-in.
To be checked within 24 hours : The tenant must report any defects or damage observed. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Check the floors, walls, and furniture for any possible damage (cracks, stains, burns, etc.).

LINEN DELIVERY :
Your linen will be delivered by 6:00 PM at the latest. Please keep the large bag in which the linen was delivered.
If your linen has not been delivered after 6:00 PM or if any items are missing, please contact us by phone before the agency closes (7:00 PM on Saturdays).
APARTMENT CLEANLINESS :
If you notice that the apartment is not clean upon arrival, please inform us immediately and include photos so we can request a prompt intervention from the cleaning team.
Any complaints regarding cleanliness must be reported on the day of arrival to be considered.
HOUSE RULES :
During your stay, please respect the usual shared living rules :
- Avoid noise disturbances and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
- Do not walk through shared areas wearing ski boots.
- Please store your skis in the designated ski lockers.
ON DEPARTURE DAY :
END-OF-STAY CLEANING :
End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price.
We kindly ask you to:
- Clean the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and apartment floors.
- Fold and store the duvets. Remove the bed linen and place it in the delivery bag.
- Take out the trash and do the dishes (even if you booked the end-of-stay cleaning option).
You can add the end-of-stay cleaning option directly via your guest portal or by contacting us.
KEY RETURN
Please drop off the keys before 10:00 AM in the “DEPARTURE” mailbox located to the right of the Agence Saulire entrance (100, chemin des Bleuets).
Do not leave any keys in the apartment. A €50 fee applies for unreturned keys.
security deposit :
The security deposit will be refunded or closed within 10 days after your departure, provided no damage has been reported.
